Frame rates
Every pixel has a color to color switch. Let's call it color A and color B. It takes time to get from A to B. The shorter that time the faster the monitor can refresh. I don't remember what the term is called but you can find it in the monitors specs. short wedding dresses 2019

That's all the info I have for now. I just wanted people to be aware of the difference between a slow monitor and normal motion blur.
